When will I receive my order?

What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 7-day return and exchange window from the date of delivery. Footwear must be unused, unworn and in its original condition, with all tags, accessories and original packaging intact. To request a return or exchange, visit our Returns & Exchanges page or contact our support team within this window. All returned items undergo a quality inspection before an exchange or refund is approved.
How long do refunds take to process?
Once your returned item reaches our facility and passes our quality inspection, approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 3–4 business days.
How should I care for my Martin Germont footwear?
Each material requires slightly different care. As a general rule, keep your footwear away from excessive moisture, direct heat, and harsh cleaning products. Remove surface dust gently after use and store your shoes in a cool, dry place, preferably in the provided dust bag. For suede, nubuck, or other specialised materials, please follow the care instructions recommended for that specific product.
Is there a warranty on the footwear?
Yes. Martin Germont footwear is covered by a 6-month limited manufacturing warranty against eligible manufacturing defects, in accordance with our Warranty & Restoration Policy

If you need to change your size, shipping address, or cancel your order, please reach out to us via WhatsApp or email as soon as possible. We can easily accommodate changes as long as the order has not yet been dispatched from our facility. Once shipped, the order must be processed as a standard return or exchange.
